Harley Davidson 1949 F Model Panhead Hydraglide

 Idaho Titled 1949 "F" Model Panhead. this gurl runs. and runs strong. A little provenance. this gurl was set up to run the long grades of the Idaho long Pull mesas. hence the aftermarket large oil filter. and later model oil pump. Auctioned as is. ask questions. or call %%619888-2091%%  In closing that is not the actual mileage. gotta put something in.

Particulars: Working Handlebar Spirals. spark retard and suicide throttle work. shot out handgrips. Square horn blocks. Round front down tubes. All Frame Hallmarks present that can be seen. Original gas tanks. shut off valve does not work. [Gas tanks smell good]. True dual exhaust. Pogo stick still has action. seat helper springs taut. Brakes function. Sevens stamped on rear motor mount. cognoscenti will appreciate the inference. Rocker clutch actuates. OEM 32 E generator. brass tag. 6 volt charging system Tool box mount intact. side car loops. and coil advance tab. all present. Have Keys for ignition and neck lock. neck lock works. Rear fender aftermarket. Headlight does not work. dash lights light. dash lights respond accordingly once scoot has started. repop dash. I do not see any fixes to the cases. or broken cylinder or head fins. If you review pictures the telltale "7"s are stamped on rear motor mount. the cognoscenti will understand the inference. Motorcycle is now running a chrome KH rear rim. Stunning candidate for a restoration. hell how may "F" models do you ever see.
