The bike runs strong and is in very good condition. It has Screamin' Eagle slip on pipes and Harley - Davidson matching flame grips. pegs and foot controls The 99 is the first year that Harley put the Twin Cam engines in the touring bikes and the Dynas. This bike is carburated and the carb has recently been cleaned. Please look at the pictures. I've tried to show the scratch on the tank (near the seat) and the dent and scratches on the front fender.
