- Payment in-full must be via cash USD. US cashiers check. or US money order.  Cashiers checks and money orders must clear Seller's bank before physical transfer of said motor vehicle. and title.

- This motor vehicle is also listed for sale locally via CL in Yuma. Phoenix. and San Diego; Seller retains the right to remove this listing upon local sale.   Should a conflict arise where simultaneous suitable Buyers are found both on ebay and locally. the first to present a satisfactory security deposit or an acceptable form of payment shall be accepted.   A second chance offer will be presented to prospective secondary Buyer if the primary sale is not completed.

- Seller will deliver to Buyer in Yuma. Phoenix. or San Diego greater metro areas with prior arrangement.

- Other shipping methods shall be arranged by Buyer and at Buyers expense.
