Harley Davidson Peace Officer Special Edition Ultra Classic - 103 Cubic Inch

This limited edition Peace Officer Model Ultra Classic is in excellent condition and has had the stage II performance kit installed. Only Police. active or retired. were able to purchase this model new. I bought it from a Navy Seal. Not only would you own a Harley - you would own a Harley not many Harley owners can get. I love having a special edition. It has unique plaques on the front fender ("Helping to protect and serve for 100 years; 1908-2008). side of transmission. each side of the tank. and on the primary drive cover. The stage II performance kit includes bumping the engine from a 96 cubic inch to a 103 cubic inch. performance aspiration. racing tuner. advanced timing. new performance cams. and has been optimized on the dyno at Harley of Salt Lake. This bagger MOVES! The stage II kit was put on at about 25k miles. so essentially. the re-built motor only has 20k miles on it (since they virtually replaced the whole thing). Close to $5000 spent in performance parts. Oh yeah. the handle bars have been extended back two inches as well - another almost $1000 in parts and labor - sit back more comfortably with better posture!Asking about only $200 over Kelly Blue Book Retail Value for about $6000 in aftermarket parts/labor!Of course it has the Ultra Classic standard features - CD player. jacks for helmet mics. stereo. cruise. trunk. saddle bags. leg shields. etc. I have also added Vance & Hines muffler sleeves (oval ends with front to back bevel) for a true. rich. unmistakable Harley sound.  They will hear you coming. but not so loud as to piss people off.  They do really roar. though. when using the engine as a brake. Also comes with a new rear tire. brakes. a new seat. a pair of heated gloves. a removable Harley suitcase with binding straps. and a battery tender.  The original mufflers are yours as well. All maintenance performed at Harley dealerships.  The bike is black with blue pin striping.  This paint option came only on the Peace Officer Edition.  45. 00 miles. 20. 00 of those spent driving on long trips with the wife or back and forth from work on a 20 mile one way commute.  This is my 15th motorcycle.  I know how to ride and care for the engine. clutch and brakes. It is solid and good for many. many more miles. I only run premium fuel. Will come with new oil change w best grade fluid and chrome oil filter.  Reasonable offers will be considered.
