It has a manufacturers MSO ( manufacturers Statement of Origin) which you take to your local Dept. of motor vehicle and register in your name where they will issue you a new title. This Chopper is brand new and has never yet been registered in anyone's name. It was manufactured in 2005 and has yet to have a motor installed and will need YOU to be finish building with your choice of engine. transmission and all the features to make it your own build. It comes with everything shown except the brakes. The rear wheel will need to be re-chromed as it has pitted in the years since manufacture. I am discounting and allowing for this in my pricing. The frame sits low and is massive with a single 2 inch downtube. It is a super strong beast of a rolling chassis waiting for your installation of a Harley Davidson style engine. It has a super wide 250 tire in the rear and an Avon 18 inch front tire in the front. The seat is custom made and fits snugly in the powder coated dual finish frame. It comes with the 2 tone oil tank and battery box with the frame plate for the shocks. The strong custom handlebars provide a clean profile while riding. I plan to move and don't have the time to finish this project and need to lighten my vehicle inventory so I am selling at a VERY aggressive price.
