2015 Harley Davidson Softail Springer Big V-twin Cammed Motor with Harley 40MM CV Carburetor Performance Tuned and Spike Breather. Dyno Tuned. and Tested by SKINNYKUSTOMS!!Reason I am selling this bike is only. because I am a disabled vet in a wheelchair. and I can't ride anymore so just selling the last one of my toys. I have to sell it in order for me to build something I can ride like a trike. So I hope you like it as much as I do. It is a really nice ride very smooth. Shifts super easy and smooth no drag pulling into gear or rubbing grinding nothing. Also it has a very quick take off and big top end. So I hope you bid on this one and add it into your collection. It is a really nice bike and I love just sitting back looking at her. However it's time I get back on the road and selling her will help me make that happen. I have to get enough to buy my parts to start my trike project at least so priced it at the minimum I need. The original Donor bike was purchased as a Brand New 1998 Harley Davidson s1 Lightning that was in storage with a collection of Harleys owned by the original owner. It was never wrecked and actually only had 10 miles on the engine. The bike was sold to me by a second party torn down and ready to be built into something different and that is the reason for the miles exempt on the old title. I have included pictures of the donor bike as well as a pic of the clear title that came with it. I also included in the pictures the paperwork showing after building it. that it has just been issued a new vin number in the state of Indiana and once sold will be titled and taxes paid in the State of Indiana as a 2015 Assembled Softail. I have over 27 years experience building motorcycles and over 15 years building Harley Davidsons and custom bikes!! I built this bike wanting to build something that drove like a new race bike. but looked like something from the 70's or earlier. So I Built this bike using the Brand New engine from the 1998 Harley Davidson S1 Lightning bike specs below. after sending it to Cincinnati. OH to get it rebuilt by the designer of the sucker punch sally bikes. I also used a few other components needed as well from the donor bike. as well as a few we already had on hand. The frame is a low profile hidden shock Softail frame from Redneck engineering purchased in 2012. The front end is a wide glide DNA springer front end 4 over stock. The rear is a wide tire Softail swing arm design with 2 Brand new chrome racing shocks. We used a single disc brake rotor design with a single arm springer brake caliper up front and in the rear a Buell racing caliper with a short 9" rotor to increase stopping power. The bike also comes equipped with braided cables. dot 5 fluid to stop brake corrosion. nbsp;brand new ape hangers built by Paul Yafee for a nice mean look. a set of new 6" risers. nice old school style grips. Arlen Ness hand controls with. horn. turn. start. stop. headlight. Rear bullet turn signals. side mount license plate with tail light. front custom mount bullet turn signals and Arlen Ness shark tooth 7" headlight. The seat was made for the frame. custom by Redneck Engineering. to give the rider ultimate comfort and support for the ride. The tank is a custom low profile Wessel deep channel aircraft design that comes complete with the aircraft fuel door that locks for fuel safety and security. We have also included Vance Heinz radius exhaust with custom torque cones. cv carb with custom spike air cleaner. nbsp;a Harley Davidson racing coil and High Crane racing electronic ignition. and Harley Davidson plugs and wires. included a Harley Davidson horn with custom cover ignition mount with indicator lights and chrome choke. We have added many chrome accents to the engine and bike to enhance the custom look. The bike has a 1 1/8" 134 tooth Harley Davidson belt with a 70 tooth rear Harley Davidson pulley. Also included is a set of Arlen Ness forward controls. pegs shift arm and brake arm. nbsp;and we have hidden brake lines to the rear and wires as much as possible for that clean look. The bike comes with a set of 80 spoke chrome rims Front has 16"x140 Harley Davidson raised letter Dunlop gangster white wall tire and rear has 16"x200 Vee rubber gangster white wall tire. It has all been custom wired hiding all the wires as much as possible. nbsp;and we used a low profile high cold cranking amp battery that is placed under the seat. and we have equipped it with a Battery Tender plug for easy charging. It has a one of a kind custom paint job done by KTM custom designs "hard to see the paint on the rear fender. because it starts back under the seat. it all really flows nice in person. This bike is a low profile Beauty. and gets complement by everyone that has seen it!!
