HARLEY DAVIDSON ELECTRA GLIDE ULTRA CLASSIC CVO SCREAMING EAGLE. FSH. MINT

Hi and welcome to the auction of my HD electra glide ultra classic CVO.

Where do I start. Bought the bike cash in Aug 2013 from West Coast Harley in Glasgow for ?5 under 18k. Always had sports bikes but after a trip across USA on an electra glide in 2012 I decided to treat myself as a retirement pressie. Bike was in mint condition. 2 previous owners who had obviously cherished it from new. 15k on the clock with a full service record. Bike came with 2 fobs. VO bike cover. intercom cables/head sets x 2. sat nav discs. luggage liners. and the gold CVO lock still in its box. how could I resist.

Although a CVO. which if your reading this. will know its the top of the range. it was completely standard and untouched. First thing to go was the standard exhaust. if you. e got a Harley it has to sound like one. oud pipes saves lives and all that. Full vance and hines system. dual headers . exhaust pipes and fish tail tips were duly ordered as was a mach 2 high flow air filter unit.

To ensure the bike ran at peak performance a predator air/fuel mixture unit was installed at the same time as exhaust/ mach2 were fitted by House of Custom in Clydebank.

The bike now sounds unbelievable. it was so loud I had to fit  quieter baffles as it was setting off car alarms in the next village. Next the entire engine got completely chromed out. Chrome skeleton mirrors. chromed flamed gear linkages. standard dull horn replaced. front fender completely changed by adding live to ride tip and chrome rails along with centre arrow instead of the little piece of sparse chrome that only covered the very tip of the fender.

Front axle nuts have chrome blade spinners on them which look the part. chrome speaker covers. chrome fork wind deflectors fitted which is a must to stop the wind coming up from between  the front of the tank and the bat wing fairing. Means you can now ride the bike above 60mph without your eyeballs vibrating so much that your vision gets blurred.  The list is endless. Needless to say  I have all the original parts should you wish to return the bike back to its basic self. Also comes with 3 x windshields. The custom one which is fitted at present and works a treat. plus a 12" and a 14" HD screen. You will need a car/van to take the spares with you.

The bike has no outstanding finance on it as I bought it cash. MoT till Aug 2015. 2 previous keepers and only 16. 00 on the clock. that along with a FSH. Last serviced 200 miles ago. and in mint condition. someone will get a real bargain.

Reason for selling. too much money invested in something that I get very little use from.  

Bike is kept in a carpeted garage. under its CVO cover and on a bike lift to keep the tyres of the ground. Bike lift also goes with bike.

The other 2007 CVO.  on this site are in the region of 15K and are pretty much standard. My reserve is way lower than that. If youre after a CVO in that price bracket then you will have a fantastic bargain should you win mine. Cash or bank transfer. funds must be cleared prior to releasing the bike
