Harley Davidson Sportster XL883R 2005 Mint Condition

For sale is my pride and joy. a mint example of the very sort after carburettor model XL883R Sportster. In my opinion it is in the best colour vivid black. The engine is finished in black and looks great with the stainless side by side custom exhaust and a few bits of chrome. It also has the black and silver 13 spoke cast alloy wheels which really stand out and a solo seat.

Since owning the bike I have had a few changes made which really make it stand out and always draw a crowd. The fuel tank has been raised 3 inches and I've had drag bars fitted. The front mudguard has been replaced with a cut down one and the rear one has been shortened. I've also had a side mounted number plate fitted.

Since owning the bike for almost four years I've only covered 4000 miles. I only take it out when the suns out and its always been stored in the garage. A mechanic friend of mine has always serviced it for me and the oil is always golden.  I leave it connected to a trickle charger and start it up every few weeks. I sounds absolutely fantastic with the side by side exhaust. not stupidly loud just about right. It defiantly turns heads and im always told how great it sounds.  Never had trouble with police and it always goes through MOT.  It will come with baffles that can be refitted but you wont want to.

I am selling this lovely machine because I need a deposit for a house and have a baby on the way. I will be holding on to the lucky purchasers details and as soon as I can afford it I will be trying to buy it back.
