VINTAGE HARLEY DAVIDSON with 1949 MOTOR & NEWER FRAMEI have decided to sell my Harley Davidson 125. It has a 1949 motor and a newer frame that replaced the first girder type front suspension consisting of 5 large rubber bands. In 1951 they went to the more modern hydraulic front end known as the "Tele-Glide". It has the fishtail muffler used only on the 1948-50 cycles. Included in this sale is a new wiring harness (cost $125) that needs to be installed. It also needs a new bushing that goes between the carburetor and the cylinder. It also needs a six volt battery. It has a new rear sprocket. chain and chain guard. new rear tire. foot pegs and new front fork rubbers.
