AERMACCHI SX 175 2 Stroke Enduro Project Complete Motor Turns No Title SX 250

1975 HARLEY DAVIDSON AERMACCHI SX 175NON RUNNING PROJECT --- NO TITLENO Title - Ebay has no provision for this announcement. This 2 stroke is the HD SX 175 built by Aermacchi in Italy. The bike is complete and in very good overall condition. It is a two owner bike that was bought at Lancaster Harley Davidson. It still has there sticker on the swing-arm. The previous owner had it painted when he bought it new to match his FL. It is black and gray with red pin stripes. The paint is in great condition it does however have a dent on the right side of the tank. The bike cleaned up very well and is all original outside of the paint. When I got the bike I was told it did run. After I cleaned the tank and the carburetor and installed a new battery I tried to get it running. The bike did not and will not fire. The motor is NOT locked up. It has spark and the carb is very clean. I did a compression test the result was 110psi. My thought is it is either the crank seals are bad or the windings on the alt/mag are no good. Since the bike has no title it is only worth so much any way I have decided to move on. This bike once running will be a very nice/fun bike to have. As I said it is complete. I do have but no pictured is the air box. turn signals. new clutch lever and extra ignition relay. The original owner will not return my calls so that I can get a replacement title. Bike comes with bill of sale.
