Harley Davidson Bobber/Chopper ?

Here we have for sale my Harley Davidson Bobber/Chopper project. I purchased this about 3yrs ago and was told the following.

The bike was taken from a night club that was closing down it had been a display item? The engine don't seem to have any internals it looks like a pan head engine

I don't know much more about it but if anyone can help please email me and ill add your comments.  I do know its an early bike as it doesn't have a frame number as Harley Davidson didn't put them on until later.
