1. 1956 Pan Head FLH strait leg rigid with Original frame. Original engine. original transmission case. nbsp; Frame has all correct tabs has been distresed and straightened by the frame Man in Sacramento . The only Tab that is missing is the toolbox mount. This is an Easy fix for the purest that would like to put the bike back to original The toolbox mount was removed in order to fit A genuine 4 piston Harley-Davidson late-model caliper All the correct spacers have been made to center the back wheel in line with the transmission sprocket to run late-model caliper. Frame has been powder coated Harley-Davidson matte black for the era. 2. The engine has been completely rebuilt here is a list of things done 1. The cases have been line bored Decked and squared 2. The cylinders have been bored torque plate honed and both flanges have been surfaced 90° to the bore 3. The heads have been completely disassembled the valve seats and guides have been replaced the valve’s are manly. And the keepers retainers and springs are either Crane thermal barrier coated or manly 4. The flywheels have been disassembled any of the shafts or crank pin that needed to be replaced was done the rods have new wrist pin bushings as well as crank pin bushings along with new rollers everything in the bottom end is Standard or the first size over all components used are either Jim’s or S&S 5. The bottom end Is balanced at 60% 6. The cam shaft is a new Sifton cobra All the bushings in the cam cover And case half have been replaced and honed to size All the gears are original Harley 7. The lifters are new Jim’s they are solid 8. The oil pump is original Harley Davidson in excellent condition with A new drive shaft. 9. Pistons are new I believe 20 over the cylinders are genuine Harley 10. Ignition system is A Malory electronic distrubuter. 11. The generator has been rebuilt and converted to 12 volt. 12. The engine cases have been polished then carefully blasted with cast iron shot to give it a fine patina 3. The transmission is the original case for the bike is in pristine condition once again I had to case polished then lightly shot peened or blasted to give it a nice patina. All the gears and shafts are Andrews Close ratio gears all of the rollers are standard the races have been replaced. 4. The clutch is a Primo Rivera belt drive with their top-of-the-line clutch basket and clutch assembly. 5. The front end Is a 2000 and later style dual disk FLH with a polished set of rotors and a pair of low mileage Harley for piston calipers the front wheel is a 21 inch late-model rim with 1 inch sealed bearings the rim an hub have been powder coated black and relaced with stainless spokes it has a new Avon 21 on it. 6. The rear rim is stock and not yet powder coated. it is a late model Harley Davidson soft tail with ? inch sealed bearings the axle has been properly shimmed to run a late model 4 piston Harley brake caliper 7. I have the oil tank currently stripped to bare metal 8. I have the original tanks that have been repainted the 1956 victory stripe style the tanks are Black and blue 9. In my pictures I will take a few close-up”s of the extra parts and components that come with the bike what you see is what you get. I have a small shop in Santa Barbara and I pride myself on my work so I can ensure you that everything that has been done to the motorcycle has been done 100% correct unfortunately I have to many projects and cannot devote the time I need to finish this one correctly I have a title in hand any Questions please call Tom at 805 –965 –4723
