2004 Harley Davidson FLHTCU-I Ultra Classic Peace Officer Edition 2 Tone Blue

This Ultra Classic is a great running bike. It has only 9. 69 miles on the odometer. looks like it is correct but it was bought at an auction and I'm not the original owner but will try to give as much info as I have available. It is fuel injected. 1. 50cc. a Peace Officer Edition thus the 2 tone blue paint. The tires are like new with hardly any wear. the seat has a small spot on the left lower side that has a small piece of tape covering it. the brakes are in great working order. all the guages and radio works. All the lights work and the key works the locks. There is a small dimple on the left front side of the tank that is there but hardly noticable. See the pictures of the bike as this is the best description I could use. The miles are extremely low for the year of the model. however it may have been laid down causing cosmetic damages only. no mechanical issues at all. The running condition appears to be fine but here is what was replaced and scratched: The left lower was replaced and repainted dark blue as well as the left saddle bag lid. The front fairing outer was replaced with a new one and painted to look original. The left mirror has a crack in it but it still works and has a yellow running/ turn signal on the front chrome area. The tour pack has a small crack about 1 inch long at the latch but does not effect the opening or closing of it. The inner fairing has a little chrome bolt missing but this is an easy fix. The bike looks great for an 11 year old bike. It is sold with a bill of sale only. NO TITLE. I bought this with the intention to ride it in WV but our state does not issue titles to bikes with a bill of sale. It came from Wisconsin and the title was turned due to the accident and I cannot get it back. Remember also that this bike is going to sell cheap but I caution you to check with your state to see if you can put it on the road. I cannot get it legal here and it is too pretty and runs too great to part it out or scrap it. There are states that will allow titles to be issued but I don't know them off the top of my head but please check with your DMV. The selling price will be low and will go to the highest bidder or offer. I have it advertised in other sites and cannot guarantee it will sell on eBay. Most of the items I sell ends early and then I get calls later asking if I still have the item. its too late then.
