There is no title with this frame. Harley frames do not have titles prior to 1970This is a 1941-1945 frame that has been chopperized. neck raked. back bone and seat post modified to accept pan of shovel motor. tank mounts removed. etc. Still a very useable solid frame. could be made into a stock frame by any good frame repair shop.
