Description

Continued from description above:The main picture shows the bike before I cut out the crossover pipe on the stock pipes. (LOUD PIPES. SAVE LIVES. )I know from personal experience. Back in the 80's. a blue haired old lady did a "U" turn in front of my chopper. and parked in front of me!Never been down. No dings. no dents. etc. I have the original owners manual in perfect condition. I uploaded a video to utube http://youtu. be/UutrVxf1OGs. Kuryakyn lay down license plate frameKuryakyn black widow tail light coverRemovable sissy bar and padhighway pegsleather saddle bags with matching tool bag (they all have conchos)Red Maltese Cross handle grip covers and streamersI have the stock battery but it was too weak. I installed a glass mat batteryI don't have the bag supports. because the removable sissy bar won't accept them. Instead. Iinstalled some clear plexiglass plates inside the saddle bags. to keep them under control. They work fine!I also cut out the crossover tube on the stock pipes to get that "old-school" 2 into 2 / rattle the pipes sound. It's all good! I installed some 4 inch long stainless steel exhaust clamps from Summit Racing. to seal and cover up the holes. I wanted drag pipes. but when I found out it wasn't $200. 00 dollars anymore. I made my own! It's cool. cause youcan still pass emissions with the stock mufflers with the catalytic converters. because the sensors on the stock pipes are un-touched. I also drained the tranny and put in Mobil one full synthetic gear oil and all oil changes have been Mobil one full synthetic too. Why the low miles?I'm now a 55 year old fart that worked to hard and been riding nearly 40 years now. I'll be selling my 1985 Kawasaki 900 Eliminator too.
