This brand new Restoration/Custom by Alleyway Kustoms is truly a collectors Dream. Nicknamed the “Sheriff Special” because of it’s Western Theme and Police History. this bike is soon to grace the pages of Hot Bike Magazine as well as other magazines abroad. One of only 800 produced in it’s year. nd the last year of the Pan’Shovel motor. his is an Original and Complete matching numbers bike. s pictured with ’66-69 Rocker Boxes. eads. atching cylinders. ases. arley Generator and Original Equipment Frame Shifter. This FL ‘s paint scheme is a Candy Brandy Pearl and Classic Double Black separated by a Candy Apple Red pinstripe in Alleyway’s rendition of a rare factory Paint Scheme option that was available only for late 68/ early 69. For power. he “Virgin” motor. I. E still running and never disassembled) was given a complete rebuild. For starters. he Original cases were line bored and the flywheels were balanced. The wheels have brand new chrome rims re-laced to the original factory Mid-Star Hubs. nd brand New Period correct replica Double White Wall tires. In order to achieve the balance of not “too much” or “too little” shine. ll utility finish factory aluminum parts were polished. ll old chrome was made to look new or replaced. nd each and every single original bracket and accessory has been completely disassembled and painted with two stage gloss black automotive paint and carefully reassembled. The Original equipment two piece handlebars have received an internal throttle. s well as internal wiring for the starter button. The Signature Rocker Foot Clutch has been completely rebuilt with new springs and the original ’66 cast Police Style factory Jockey Frame Shifter topped off with the a Custom Brass Sheriff Star insert. Attention to detail is shown throughout. nd almost every nut and bolt that is not required to be Grade 8. as been replaced with new stainless hardware that was individually hand spun on a lathe to give that unique “Bullseye” affect finish. Finishing up the bike are the signature leather accessories Alleyway Kustoms is known for. The rider sits comfortably on a One of a Kind Classic Dark Brown Leather OEM Pogo seat done up Western Style with brass spots around the Skirt matching the neatly tucked in Dash panel insert. The riders Feet rest on matching Leather covered brass riveted floorboards with hand tooled stars matching the Sheriff’s theme throughout.
