No passenger backrest but one can be purchased from Ebay for about $125 if so desired Bike runs great and has zero issues. I am selling because I was riding another Road King to the Harley factory and while on the Blue Ridge Parkway in Virginia. a large 8-point deer decided to run out in front of me. A totaled bike. frame bent in 3 places. $16. 56 worth of damage. a hospital visit was the result. At the end of the day I am lucky to be alive.
