1950 Harley Davidson FL Hydra-Glide

I have a 1950 Harley Davidson FL Hydra-Glide complete with an original Harley Davidson sidecar for sale. This bike has been restored and is a show bike with 2 ? years of time and investment. Last summer. I drove it just shy of 300 miles to 4 shows and it won 5 trophy’s. with the last one being the People’s Choice award. I have most of the original parts. along with the original Harley Davidson speedometer which had 20. 00 miles on it. but needs to be repaired if you want to use it. The top end of the bike was done by a certified Harley mechanic. runs. drives and starts very nice. and is the original 74” Panhead engine for this bike. This is a 6 volt system. with all new factory wiring. The generator is from Cycle Electric with the internal regulator. as I am sure you are aware that the originals did not even work new from the factory. but I have it. Some of the changes to this bike which were added were the forward controls with the mouse trap eliminator and the primary belt drive. I do not want to separate the sidecar from the bike; it goes as a complete unit as the paint and pinstripe accents match nicely and were custom done. The buyer will be responsible for shipping. This bike has a clear title. no liens. with collector plates. The reason I am selling this bike is I am looking at retirement and then possibly moving to a warmer climate.
