'06 Harley Davidson Screaming Eagle Full Dress 43K Miles Read Details!No Reserve

Hello and thanks for looking. first and foremost please read this description very carefully!! Please ask any questions as I will be glad to assist. This bike will need a little love and some possible paperwork so it is very IMPORTANT that you read the description carefully to find out if this Harley is for you. That said. here we go. The quick back story is that this bike (and several others) was purchased by me by an motorcycle exporter that went out of business. This bike was purchased at an insurance auction here in the states and while it was waiting to go on the boat the business went belly up leaving several motorcycles stateside with no where to go. That's where I come in and buy the lot of bikes for one bulk price. keep the ones I want and sell what I don't. As there was one other Harley in the deal besides this one I kept the other one. Now as the exporter was located in Bangkok and no longer in business only money could be transferred. Titles for most of the bikes were lost in shuffle between continents and going bankrupt. Once I got this Harley home I found the title was tucked inside the saddlebag. it is a clear Michigan title that was assigned to the exporter. along with the receipt of what was paid for the bike. So. in short it HAS a title but it is assigned to a business that no longer exists. It is up to you to take it from here. I am selling the bike as is where is and will give you this title but NO guarantee of what can be done to get a good title in your name. It may be easy. it may be hard. it may take a year or a day. it may cost nothing or it may cost a lot. I DO NOT KNOW and on this matter please do not ask me anything as I can't answer questions in regards to what it will take to get a title. Anything else I will be glad to assist. Now let's move on to the Harley. As it was sold through an Insurance auction expect some damage. but it is minimal. It looks like a very low speed left side laydown. the fairing has minor scraping (pictured). the crash bar sustained road rash (pictured). the tank was dented underneath (pictured) and the hard case saddle bag was broken (pictured). It has a few seem splits here and there and a small section of leather is torn under the luggage rack area. Right side is fine. the rest of the bike is fine. Still looks beautiful. it will just need someone to give it the love it needs as it has been sitting idle since early 2013. Most importantly it runs and drives fine. has 43K miles. Rinehart exhaust. 2 sets of key & remotes. Harley Davidson tires that are excellent and is ready for the road once you sort out the title issue.
