1997 Harley Davidson Bad Boy Softail Springer

This is the rarest of the Bad Boys. Total production was 8. 46 between 1995 -97 of which only 767 have the silver scallops. I am only the second owner. I purchased it in December of 1996 with 525 miles on it. The bike currently has an 88' S&S Big Bore engine in it with approximately 21. 13 miles. It has an S&S 561 cam. Super G carburetor. Thunder Jet High speed ciruit. K&N air filter. chrome moly pushrods. Compufire ignition and 10. 5. 1 compression. It keeps right up with the 103's. The original motor has been rebuilt and has zero miles. It is included in this sale. It has a S&S Super E carburetor. Compifure ignition. K & N air filter and a Andrews EV46 cam. Extra's on the bike include. Vance and Hines Big Shot exhaust (Sounds real nice) HD wide tire kit (150) that fills out the rear fender. Billet foot pegs/foot brake lever and shifter. 1-1/4" drag style Fat Handle bars powder coated black along with the headlight bucket. Joker billet mirrors. Corbin gunfighter seat (There is a one inch scratch on the rear fender that I did when switching out the stock seat. It is not visible when the stock seat is on the bike). Chrome rear pulley cover/hand levers/shifter linkage and rear axle kit. I kept the stock parts to return the bike back to original condition. Also included in this sale is the original taillight assembly/front and rear directional/HD carburetor assembly/HD mirrors/color matching rear fender with minor ding (Bought at a swap meet hard to find color matching) and struts/exhaust with new mounting hardware and gaskets/seat (One inch rear on each side. please see photo's)/chrome upper and lower belt guards/handle bars/billet side mount light assembly (Like new)/rear passenger seat pad/new HD spare front rim and spokes. I have really enjoyed this bike. As you can see from the photo's it has been very well maintained. Being a limited edition with a blackened out Springer front end it gets attention everywhere it goes. Selling because I just don't ride it anymore. It will be sad to see it go.
