2008 H-D FXCWC Rocker C Harley introduced the Rocker in 2008 as custom style bike that most people refer to as a chopper because of its low seat. high handlebars and long front forks. The rear fender is mounted to the swing arm and the shocks are hidden underneath the bike giving it the look of a classic hard tail while retaining the ride of a Softail. What stands out most is its lack of clutter. Bundles of wiring that make the handlebars of many bikes look sloppy are tucked inside the Rocker's bars. Its overall shape is sleek and tidy from the small. bullet-shaped headlight and teardrop gas tank up front. to a wide fender that seems to hug the rear tire.
