1963 Harley Davidson Servi Car trike

This is a 1963 Harley Davidson Servi- Car project bike. Comes with a clear California title. with the vin on the cases matching the title. Previous owner said it was a runner. he went thru the engine. and then after disassembling the transmission. he stopped there. With no documentation. I want you to know that I have not heard the bike run. so I am selling this bike as-is. with no warranty expressed or implied. The bike has a very clean frame. All three tires on the bike are new. The speedo is an after market one with a tach. in poor shape. so you will need to replace that. The tanks look decent. but it looks like someone filled the one side tank. probably to use a short shifter rather than the stock unit. It also has had some type of sealer used inside the tanks. (the purple stuff in the pictures)I am not a Harley expert. Feel free to make an offer. ask for more details. or clarification on anything I left out. The bike is located in Salem.
