1998 Harley Davidson Sportster 1200S Sport Race Track AHRMA

1998 Harley Davidson Sportster 1200S Sport. I bought this bike from a gentleman in NY. super clean. I bought it to race with AHRMA. It is the S Sport model. It has dual plugged heads and twin disk front brakes. It also has fully adjustable front forks. This is how the Sport model comes from the factory. I have upgraded the front and rear suspension with new internals and shocks from Race Tech. Matt Whiley did the front fork work. The front end retains the ability to adjust both compression and rebound. Previous owner installed a Harley Davidson Screaming Eagle ignition as well as a Thunderjet kit for the carburetor. Has Storz cafe tail conversion and Storz stearing stabilizer. Kerker two into one header. Danny Bally paint. Start button has been relocated down low on the starter body. The bike is still safety wired. The bike was built and tested 4 years ago. drained and stored. I had several other bikes I was racing and never got around to racing this one. It's sorted out. I have the cut fender struts. rear fender. etc. if you want to go back to that look. I also have the headlight and bucket. stock risers and handlebars. I can probably find the stock switches as well. if you want to put it back on the street. I can probably find the kickstand and turn signals as well. She is super clean. Odometer doesn't seem to show a mileage but I think I bought her with 4. 00 odd miles on her. As I have retired from racing. I want to sell this bike to someone that has their own ideas about what they want to do with her next. That being said. this is a true no reserve auction. it will go to the highest bidder.
