Up for grabs to the lucky high bidder is this gorgeous Special Construction One of a Kind Old School Panhead Chopper built by me. the owner. This bike may have old school feel. but she is built with all brand new parts. except for the girder. The receipts will accompany the bike. THE GIRDERI found this girder on eBay. All they said about it was that it was vintage. I could not find any information on it. The chrome was in rough shape so I had it re-chromed. I took a chance and bought two new springs and a shock from KIWI Indian because the shackles resembled those from a 1946 Indian girder. They were spot on. On my test ride i found it to handle great. The forks have a flex in them that felt awesome. Topped the front end off with a skull headlight that was sand blasted and painted with the rootbeer brown and red rootbeer flake. The eyes glow red when switched to dim. It also features a gold leaf tooth. I was lucky in finding a new set of six-bend handle bars. Those are accented with brass old school grips. nbsp;throttle mount and mirror. From Eurocomponents. an awesome master cylinder brake with brass accents. throttle . and mirror. THE FRAMEBrand new 2011 Paugco rigid frame that was meant to have a disk brake. Hydraulic shoe brake so the right side of the wheel showed nothing but spoke. the frame was fabricated to accomplish that. The neck was cut off and re-welded by Donny Smith's crew on their jig to ensure spot on alignment. It was raked 45 degrees without adding length to the backbone giving her that old school stance. The frame was also fabricated for the brass knuckle peg mounts. exhaust pipes. coffin 2. 2gal gas tank. and Moon Eyes oil tank. Low Brow customs supplied the tabs and bung kit. THE MOTOR 2013 a 80inch pan head long block from V-Twin. Replaced the covers with solid brass covers. Threw on an S&S E with a brass kit and a brass Linkert air cleaner. The case and front cylinder were modified by Donny Smith's crew to fit the new Morris Magnito. A Primo open 4" belt drive kit. The bottom end is S&S with STD heads on top. Mated to the heads are upswept fishtail pipes. THE TRANNYThe transmission is a replica 4 speed also from V-Twin. Fitted it with a bras skeletal kick pedal. brass pegged foot clutch. and a suicide shifter. The shift knob has a grim reaper inside it. The clutch kit is a Scorpion by Barnett. Purchased this tranny at the same time as the motor. They both now have 10. 7 miles on them. THE PAINTThe paint was done by a guy named Brad out of Duluth. MN. I bought Candy rootbeer brown. red rootbeer flake. gold flake. and gold leaf. including two sheets of gold that had acid dripped on them to create the tie-die effect for the Maltese crosses. I drew the pattern out on paper for Brad to follow. I wanted old school fish scales that tend to disappear at certain angles. The paint layers are thick and took a long time to dry. The pictures tell how great Brad did better than I could even attempt to describe. THE SEATThe seat pan is aluminum shaped to the frame and fender. I shaped the foam and the made the the seat cover. As you can see. the gold vinyl has gold flake in it for that retro look. I also stitched Maltese crosses the whole length of the seat dividing each cross with a skull and cross-bone button. Its got a radical king queen stance and feels great sitting on it. Because of the bikes stance. I wanted to give as much backrest for the rider as possible. The back of the seat anchors to a Captain America style sissy bar. On the back of the sissy bar is a solid brass dagger. I was told from the seller that the dagger was used as a movie prop. If you have any questions about the build. feel free to ask. I'll be happy to answer any questions. I have photo documentation of the bike being built and will be happy to send those photo's to anyone's e-mail upon request. I just had the bike regestered and tiltled here in Minnesota. It is free and clear. This is a high end bike and I'm expecting a high end price. If this bike stirs your memories of what an Old School Chopper should look like and you appreciated what I have done with it. your the person I want to have it. My next Project will be a Knuckle Head. I reserve the right to list bike elsewhere.
