Hi. This is my 1999 Heritage Springer FLSTS. It is a 2 owner bike and has extensively been redone by myself a certified Harley mechanic and a professional painter who works for Harley here locally. This bike has the original 6200 miles on it and has a clear title. There is only 2790 models of the 1999 Harley Springer's made and this red in my opinion was a very hard color to find. Plus this is the last year for the EVO motor! I love these Springer's because they hold there value better than any other softail out there. I do have the original bags (all black) and the original driver seat with passenger seat as well and also the sissy bar and front crash is included too. It does NOT come with a windshield. All the fluids(oilbrake) have been changed in it and it is ready to roll.
Things that have been done to it include the following:
Brand new factory PPG paint in its original Lazer red pearl on the fenders and tankwith 5 coats of clear on it. Its amazing!
This bike had the original mud flaps but I hated them and pulled them off and I had the holes filled. It also had the stanchion bars on the front fender as well and I pulled those off and filled those holes as well. The fenders and tank look great andthis coloris what makes this bike pop in the sun.
The rear suspension was pulled off and I added Progressive 422c (heavy duty) adjustable shocks. You can adjust the bike to 2 inches lower than stock. Right now it sits at 1 inch lower than stock and has a great stance. These shocks are not black but are chrome as well.
No motor work was done at all but the factory exhaust was pulled off and I putt 33" baffle-less fishtails on it. I alsoopened up the intake and put a K and N air filter with a Harley Nostalgic Chrome cover. This bike sounds awesome and its loud.
I have two brand new tires on it both Dunlop radials. I replaced the rear rim with an aftermarket 40 spoke 16 x 3 wheel because the other one had rust on it. The pulley was removed and a brand new chrome pulley was installed. To also include rear axle chrome covers and upper and lower swing arm covers (kuryakyn).
Two brand new polished rotors are now on it and they are being stopped by Lyndall brakes. These are the best brakes you can buy for the money where they don't tarnish the rotors.
A new transmission cover was installed with a clutch reducer for easier pull on the clutch.
New head bolt covers
New Le Pera seat (2 up)
I have installed brand new LA Chopper Riser kit (2 inch ) along with new LA Chopper 14" bars that are 1.25 in diameter with 10.5 pullback. All wiring has been ran internally. These bars with risers sit at about 16" up.
New switch housings
New levers
New Nostalgic grips
New Chrome choke Knob
New rear fender struts with all chrome button head bolts and washers
New Steel braided cables to include throttle brake and clutch cables.
This bike is bada** and I get a ton of compliments. I did this bike right and it shows!Low mileage bikes like these go for a prettypenny. With all the NEW parts and labor in this bike I have well over 21k in it. Not to mention you get ALL the original BAGS and both Seats with the sissy bar and the crash bar.
I have 100% feedback and have sold several Harley's on here. Its a passion of mine and these bikes are great especially with that Springer front end and how collectible they are becoming but its time to move onto a new project (classsic muscle car).I have 100% feedback and intend on keeping it that way.
You will not be disappointed in this bike. Serious inquires only please. I don't have to or need to sell this bike! You have to pay to play. Good luck!!
