Original 1979 Harley Davidson FXEF Shovelhead Complete Stock Superglide

Up for sale is a rare and beautiful 1979 Harley FXEF Shovelhead. The bike was found in an estate sale in North Carolina along a few other bikes we'll also be selling. Fresh gas and battery and she started right up! Completely original down to the unmolested factory Harley Davidson hardware. The bike was bought from an old Marine who bought the bike brand new in 79 from New Bern Harley Davidson on Highway 70 in NC put it in military storage when he deployed in 81' and hadn't taken it out since this last month it still even has his last registration sticker on the forks from 1981! This bike is completely stock and completely original aside from a new set of tires the old ones were just too dry rotted and unsafe. She starts right up every time and rides anywhere. Not to mention the bike only has 138 miles on the factory speedo the lowest I've ever seen. It honestly feels and looks like the bike came out of a time machine. We actually bought the bike a day before a nearby museum had planned to come pick it up and I admit it would look great as a museum showpiece. Clean and clear title.
