Description

2001 Harley Davidson Screaming Eagle Road Glide, LTRSEi2Well the time has come for me to part with my baby. For everyone out there who is not familiar with these bikes they were the early CVO's but were just called Screaming Eagle editions. There were about 750 of these made in blue for 2001, n my opinion the absolute best looking one. I bought this from a dealer as a used bike around April of 2004 and have been riding it everywhere since then. I have taken her to all of the lower 48 States and its the best bike I've ever owned. She has a few chips in the paint and the clear coat peeled a bit on the front fender about 9 years ago but if you don't look close you wouldn't know so I just never did anything about it. Other than that she is exceptionally clean and very well cared for. I actually kept a small detailing pack with me to clean it while I was out on the road. There is no comparison for long distance touring of if you just want to stand out on local rides and bike nights. Harley started out with the Road Glide and put all of the factory add on's they possibly could. I took it just a little farther by adding an S&S crankcase breather, ienhart true dual exhaust, ndrews gear drive cams, tage 1 air cleaner and then put it on a dyno and had a custom fuel map made with a power commander. All this work was done at a Harley dealer and it has worked flawlessly running all over the country at various altitudes. I have 4 windshields for it, 0", 2" a tinted 18" and a clear 18". I have 2 tour pack liners for it also, have the original one that is molded around the 12 disc cd changer and one that is just a basic liner. I took the cd changer out and have it complete and ready to put back in if you prefer it, liked the extra storage space without it but it is all plug and play so it can be put right back in. I have the original owners manual and the front hard fiberglass lowers. I took the lowers off right after I bought it and they are pretty much brand new, hey were wrapped up and put in a storage container and have been there ever since. They can also be put back on in about 10 minutes. The passenger backrest is brand new also, actually took it out of its original box just to take the pictures, always ran with the tour pack on or nothing. Well anyway life has changed for me in the past few years and it is time to change bikes. Ask me anything and I will be happy to answer any of your questions. Take a look at the pictures and let me know if you would like to see it in person. I can assure it it is a wonderful bike to ride and own. Thanks for looking and happy bidding!!
