1938 Harley Davidson U No Reserve

I am selling, or the family, y best friend of over 40 years collection of motorcycles. Therefore I may not be able to answer a lot of detailed questions. I'll do my best. Please check out the other listings: 2 Panheads (52 & 62) a 1991 Harley Heritage and a 1963 Pan motor. These motorcycles, ot the motor, ll ran as of the Fall 2014. I have detailed the bikes, hecked the oil and tire pressure and either charged the batteries or replaced with new. These bikes and motor are listed with no reserve. This 1938 U's motor was rebuilt 2 years ago by a seasoned old school Harley dealer mechanic. Although I never rode it my friend always got complementary remarks wherever he went. Since I am unfamiliar with the details of this bike I have included numerous pictures. I can see the tool box is missing . I could not find it. I know he tried to keep this bike as authentic as he could when he restored it. The saddlebags are aftermarket. The Continental tires look new with only 1,100 miles on them. I believe he commented to me how collectible many of the original parts were such as the tail light and oil tank. This bike started out as a barn find. This bike has a clean Michigan Harley title. The buyer must make all arrangements for shipping. Arrangements for local pickup is available. The buyer is responsible for making a $500 non refundable deposit via pay pal within 48 hours of the bidding end. Balance is due by check or cash within 10 days.
