I started with a 2002 Yamaha Roadstar. Then totally changed it into this extreme custom built Bobber bike.Quality of workman ship is at the top of the list.NOT IN THE PICTURES BUT I AM BUILDING A REMOVABLE PASSENGER SEAT THAT WILL INSTALL AND DETACH EASILY.
1600 cc Yamaha Roadstar engine.Low loud and fast.Titled as 2002 Yamaha Roadstar. New Extreme custom built show quality 2002 Yamaha Roadstar Bobber. Custom built by HOTRODNTOM'S. $10,500. OBO.
4 months build time.
Custom color blue with prism flake over it. No graphics painted on bike so new owner if they want to can add what they like. I can do it or take it where they choose.
Engine painted semi gloss custom metallic grey. Engine had been rebuilt back to stock spec for reliability by Yamaha technician.
Frame stretched 2"front. Neck raked to 34 degrees. And raised 1"
New top backbone with hidden coil mounts for hiding the coils under the gas tank and not seen.
New front down tubes 2 into 1 curved and leaned forward.
Heavy steel neck gusset with nostalgia holes drilled in it.
Sportster gas tank. New under section made to lower tank over frame close to motor and to hide the coils.
Rear frame section modified to flow into swingarm for smooth look.
Heavy gauge rear fender sits close to tire welded to swingarm for smooth look.
Narrow front forks and trees from Harley Davidson sportster.
Mollified neck to fit Harley Davidson Sportster front fork assembly.Softtail rear swingarm for smooth ride.21" chrome spoke front wheel with new Metzler tire. 16" chrome spoke rear wheel. ( will have new tire on bike at sell time. Mock up tire on bike at time of pictures were taken )Chrome headlight and several chrome parts on engine. Chrome Vance and Hines short shot exhaust.
Belt driven.
Lowered front and rear.
