MAKE AN OFFER- Harley Davidson Night Rod Special VRSCDX *PRICE DROP*

I have a flat black 2009 Harley-Davidson Night Rod Special VRSCDX for sale. It has a few customs mods including a smoked taillight with LED and brake light modulator, performance series Vance & Hines exhaust, ynojet programmer, BS, nd HD security system.
It is currently in service getting some work done to it. It needed a new instrument cluster. The ABS unit was also replaced this past year (still have paperwork). I am just waiting for them to give me a call and I will get the bike back, leaned up, nd ready for viewing.
Absolutely NO test rides unless you have a valid driver's license with a motorcycle endorsement AND $500 cash in hand (to pay the deductible if you drop it!). It has never been dropped or abused. This is a fun ride and sounds amazing. If you don't mind the ear-deafening rumble of this beast, t is PERFECT for you! I have yet to come across a louder bike in my area, o I have had plenty of head turns from both admirers and haters. Come check it out!
Asking $11,900 or best offer. No low balls and no trades considered. Not in a rush to sell; I am just putting it on the market in case someone makes a good offer.
UPDATE (7/20/2015): Dealer told me I will need new tires soon, o I am going to adjust the price. With new tires, am asking $10,999. Without the tires, 10,600. Price is negotiable. The NADA retail value on this bike is $11,224, ot considering the performance exhaust and programmer.
UPDATE (7/21): I just picked it up from Harley and is ready to view.
