1962 Harley Davidson FLH Panhead Shovelhead Custom Chopper Motorcycle

1962 FLH Panhead Bottom End with Shovel Heads (long reach). Matching numbers cases. never been repaired. 66-69 Generator Shovel cam cover. HD heads & cylinders - no broken fins. Yes its titled as a 1962 FLH (harley).  84 CI stroker motor has been built for reliability & speed. S&S 4 1/2 inch flywheels. H-Beam 4340 Chromoly rods. ims shafts and pin. S&S forged pistons. flywheel assembly have been dynamic balanced for high RPM smoothness. Andrews C Grind cam & matched pinion gear. Original HD oil pump. breather gear & tappet blocks. Jim's big axle. solid lifters. Andrews Chromoly push rods. Original HD distributor with points & generator. with Frank's electric voltage regulator. Heads have new seats & guides. Manley stainless street master valves; multi-angle grinds to achieve max flow. Manley high lift triple springs with titanium retainers to keep valves from floating. Jim's roller rocker arms & Chromoly shafts. Heads have been ported then put on a flow bench (flowed) to make sure heads have the max flow rate @. 545 cam lift. All techniques & processes necessary to build a reliable performance stroker have been done. Carb 1960's 40mm dual throat Weber with 30mm venturies is jetted to match 1962 Transmission Case. kicker cover. ratchet top -- have never been repaired. Andrews main & counter shafts. Complete Andrews gear set. shift forks and clutch gears and Jims bearings. End play's and tolerances are correctly set and ratchet top is aligned with gear box. Kicker cover and ratchet top are also rebuilt. It shifts perfect. Chassis: Spartan Frameworks. frame and fork 4130 Chromoly. Frame is 7 up and 6 out with 50 degrees of rake. Fork is 67" over all. 40 over. It is the smoothest riding ridgid I've been on. Everything you see is handmade of quality metals and TIG welded. Wheels: Rear is 1960s 12 spoke magnesium American racing wheel made in San Francisco. Machined and setup with 3 bearings and Harley brake drum. Front is a 21" 1960's wheel Radio Lace with 1. 75 rim. Seat is comforable. its well padded and covered with high grade leather. Paint is house of colors with spies hecker clear. Has been on the cover of and featured in multiple motorcycle magazines. was a Born Free 3 featured builder invite bike.   This bike is not a prop! It's broke inn properly and has lots of miles (years) of ride time to give. It's a sound investment! May be willing to tailor it to buyer (hand clutch. relocate pegs).
