The 2013 Fat Boy Lo came standard with an advanced 1690 cc, ounter-balanced Twin Cam 103B V-Twin engine with Electronic Sequential Port Fuel Injection (ESPFI). The engine is mated with a six speed 6-speed Cruise Drive transmission.

The narrow-cut seat rides 24.25-inches off the ground, as 1.25 inch handlebars and forward foot controls.
