This 1969 FLH is a real survivor. It has only 6,159 miles on it. Original Paint. The paint shows very little fading but does have some minor marks and scratches. The bike is pretty much all original as sold in 1969. This was the last year for generator Shovelheads and the last of the Harley's before the AMF buy out. The original factory stickers are still on the air breather cover and rear fender. It starts easy and runs very nice. The right turn signals light but do not flash, robably needs a flasher. The tires appear to be the original Goodyears and show very little wear. I see no signs of cracking in the treads or side walls (I would not recommend riding on tires this old). The left tank is a little rusty inside but the right one is very clean (probably had a bit of gas left in it when it was parked 8 years ago which would have caused the rust). The accelerator pump is not functioning but the bike still fires right up and runs fine, he bike still has the original Tillotson carburetor. No engine noises other than the usual Shovelhead ones. Hydraulic lifters are quiet. Good oil pressure and charging system works fine (runs like a bike with only 6000 miles on it). The rims and other chrome pieces have varying degrees of rust & or pitting. The rear master cylinder is ok but it needs the wheel cylinder replaced or rebuilt. The left saddlebag lid is from a 1970 (original must have got lost somewhere in it's early life). The keys for the bags & ignition are included along with the owners manual. I would think that with this low mileage that the engine or transmission has never been apart. No broken fins on heads or cylinders. If you need any more info or detailed pictures contact me. This bike is in Canada and comes with the proper registration that is in my name. A Canadian registration is much like a US title. The registration along with the entry paperwork into the US will be what's needed to obtain a title if it goes back to the USA. This is an American made motorcycle so returning it to the country of origin (USA) is no problem and there is no duty to be paid, ust shipping and brokerage fees (what the broker charges to do the paperwork) If an American citizen enters the bike himself in person at the border there would be no brokerage fees. It can be picked up here or I can crate it in a genuine Harley Davidson crate and get it ready for shipping. Remember this is a 46 year old bike and not a new one so don't expect it to be perfect. I have tried to explain it's condition honestly. Again if you have any questions just ask them.
