1954 Harley Davidson Servi Cycle

1954G Harley Davidson Servi Cycle, atchin engine cases and good numbers BUT it has a FLORIDA assembled from parts title and I do not know why...I was going totry and get H.D.title but due to my injuries I am unable to ride..I tried but my back and neck just cant handle it.. It has been in storage and not run in 3 years but it is kicked over very week...The tanks are early style flathead and I believe from looking inside of them they are are 41-46 tanks..The oil tank is not being used the previous owner installed a custom oil tank/battery box...The carb is a Model "M" linkert....It has aBates seat..The frame is in excellent condition no cracks or extra welds....The rear end is juice brakes,the wooden box you seen is couple pictures is removed since it was junk...The tires in the pictures are brand new with no milage on them..When I purchasedbike the previous stated he had either the motor or the transmission rebuilt but I don't remember which...please feel free to ask any questions and I will attempt to answer and will provide and extra pictures you may request..Thank You
