This bike started out as a 2004 883 sportster custom, nd has been built into one of the baddest sporty's you will see. Small 2 guy shop LJC Inc. located in Hanover, a. It was built with no shortcuts, verything is done right and it was kept simple. Fun, ast, ight bar hopper if you will. No problem getting on this bike and riding it across country totally reliable and gets tons of looks.
Clean title 04 Harley Sportster frame with ledsled 2 inch stretch rubbermount hardtail section frame has had rectifier relocated and round cross bar welded on front down tubesFitted in place of metal rectifier bracket, rame has been smoothed and cleaned up. Factory kickstand removed and hidden spring shorter kickstand and mount installed on frame.
Stock 16 inch rear wheelDisassembled and hub and rim stainless steel spokes and nipples installed. White wall 5 inch wide tire with tube.
21 inch Harley rim wargasser spool hub, tainless steel spokes and nipples installed. Speedmaster ribbed tire and tube
Smooth top triple trees and stock fork tubes with progressive 1 1/2 lowering kit installed smoothed fork legs with no fender or brake provisions. Handlebars made in house low stance bars, ingle throttle cable housing and oem style black vinyl cables. Biltwell Kung Fu hand grips, uper comfy for longer rides.
Sporty style tank frisco style mounting, uel sight on side of tankHandmade tri bar spinner gas cap with vent. Tank is rubbermounted
Handmade 18 gauge steel seatpan, over with leather and riveted around edges, olid mounted but very comfortable, an is shaped just right
Handmade rear 5 inch wide rear fender and fender struts
Rubber mounted 4 qt. steel oil tank with spin on cap
Rubbermounted battery box, olds 8 cell Moty engineering lipo battery, he battery weighs 1.2 lbs and is totally maintenance free. Just remove and store at room temperature over the cold months
Dynatech adjustable ignition system Hidden mounting under battery box, ll wiring ran through frame with fusable link installed for safety of electrical system, ar style key switch with on/off and start positions. Cloth braided wire covering used. Stock style headlamp that has been modified,After hours choppers titmouse LED taillight.
Stock front motor pulley with stock rear wheel pulley that has been polished to a low gloss shine, tronger BDL Kevlar drive belt. Belt drive has been retained for ease of maintenance and strength. Energy one clutch with stronger spring installed
Factory Harley style rear brake caliper used with stock style mastercylinder and forward controls Joker Machine knurled foot pegs and brake and clutch pegs. EBC stainless steel 5 spoke brake rotor
883 bottom end with 7900 miles on it, ammer Performance 1250 kit installed new jugs, istons, tage 1 headwork, ometic steel gaskets used, portster "W" cams. 500 miles on motor build, ocumented. Handmade tig welded 2 into 1 exhaust. Oil pressure gauge mounted to rocker box left side. CV carb that has been polished and tuned. Velocity stack intake with filter scree, custom head breathersHandmade ribbed carb top. Single throttle cable carb conversion. Beer bottle opener timing cover installed

All satin black parts are powdercoated including frame
