This is my custom built 1993 FXR with 120" engine. I have had this bike for five years and have only rode it last year for the summer. I have put alot on time and even more money into making this the fastest and besthandlingHarleyaround. I have all thereceiptsfor the build and i will try to list everything that has been added to the bike. I bought the bike and completely stripped and rebuilt it. The engine and transmission have maybe at most 3000 miles on them.Engine is over 7500 brand new and this has many upgrades to it. Bike was never raced and is just too much for me to handle. Have a baby on the way so time to slow down.
120 inch delkron engine. This engine list for 7500. However i upgraded alot of parts inside the engine to the best possible components i could find. 4.25 inch bore and stroke.
Custom Hoban brothers and darkhorse flywheel. Cost 1377. They welded the crank and balanced it for best reliability. I believe the rods are carrilo however the sheetdoesn'tsay. I do know they are h beams that were shot peened.
Custom made Ross racing pistons. Total seal rings. Have buildsheetwith all the specs on the pistons and rods.
Jims roller rocker arms.
All gaskets are cometic throughout the engine.
Comp cams 5020. 585 lift and .2600 duration.
S&S lifters and push rods.
S&S high volume high pressure oil pump with liquid filled pressure guage.
Arlen ness big sucker stage 2 intake and air cleaner.
Mikuni Hsr48 Carburetor
Terry components 2.0 kw starter motor. Biggest and strongest available. Paint is flecking off the starter though. They should start using epoxy paint or powder coat.
Compression release valves
Vance and hines competition exhaust with stepped headers.
Dynatek 2000 digital ignition. Can be single fire or dual with a flip of a switch.
Cycle electric charging system. Was told this was the highest quality available. Brand new stator and regulator.
Shorai lithium battery. Brand new and has enough kick to start a peterbuilt. It was the most powerful one i could find and fit in the compartment. Amazing thing is it only weighs 3 pounds! Cost 300.
Transmission wascompletelyrebuilt with andrews gears. Cost was 1723.
Brand new starter jackshaft assembly.
Delkron inner primary case (powder coatedblack)
Brand new master cylinders and calipers. I tossed the old front brakes and replaced with GMA. Rear caliper is a pmfr unit. Brakes should be bled though because myvacuumpump was broke.
Forks haveProgressivesprings inside.
Front and rear fenders along with forks and triple tree powder coated black.
Side covers are old arlen ness scalloped. Just rattle can painted. Was going to hydro dip them in carbon fiber print.
Front forks have steering brace.
Progressive rear shocks 430 series. Cost 420
Seat is a drag specialties. Dont know the part number but is very comfortable.
Completely rewired with all new switches and breakers to oe specs. I did not have them wire up the visor indicators or the horn.
New custom gas tank. Lockingaviatorstyle cap.
New front neck bearings and races. They are all balls brand.
Stock clutch was removed and replaced with barnett Scorpion clutch. Cost 500. Pressure can be adjusted by using softer springs. Right now does not slip under throttle.
All new clutch and throttle cables.
Kuryakyn iso grips.
High Flow petcock with reserve.
New Primary chain. Cost 90
Brand new rear chain. Cost 90
Custom extended swingarm by pmfr. Took the newer style roadking swingarm and had it extened four inches. Bike would wheelie in first gear way to easy. Cost 490
CCE spherical bearings installed to replace the old weak cleveblocks in swingarm. Cost 380
Custom Steel rear axle. Old one was way to skinny for a big engine. Cost 120
Brand new avon cobras. Have maybe ten miles on them. Cost 250
I had this bike built to be the fastestHarleyaround that can carve corners like a champ. It does notdisappoint. The paint and the covers was goin to be the next thing i worked on but i just have too many things going on to keep this toy sitting in the garage.
