Up for Sale is a 2007 Harley Davidson FLSTF Softail Fat Boy A Custom cruiser bike one can confidently ride or show.  It is powered by a V2 four-stroke motor DOHC sporting a 6 speed Gearbox.   Overall length of 94. 3 inches. and a Ground clearance of 5. 1 inches.  This Fat Boy is fatter than ever with the added 240 rear tire conversion. It includes a detachable ride-rack-rest detachable seat aswell as the second seat with sissy bar option (see heartland motorcycle products).  Harley-Davidson has given this fatboy a numbered custom factory paint scheme #22/200 . The paint is incredable and it always draws a crowd . Has CHROME everything and red neon lighting. Includes a harley davidson BOOM audion stereo system. Customer is responsible to obtain their own insurance on any vehicle purchased. Insurance is provided by the transport company for all vehicles during shipping. but my insurance ceases to cover anything once it is sold. Sold being described as when funds are received in full. not at the time the vehicle is delivered.

According to Federal guidelines. all vehicles 10 or more years old are sold exempt from mileage guarantees unless specifically mentioned. If I have documentation to back up the mileage on these older cars. I will.

Payment must be made by cash-in-person. cashiers check. money order or bank to bank wire transfer.   A $500. 00  non-refundable deposit will be expected within 24 hours via paypal following the close of auction and remainder paid within 7 days. If you have a special situation. please contact me to explain it.

Buyer assumes the cost and responsibility of shipping. I already have contacts to ship the vehicle anywhere in the USA. so I can help arrange this for you and give you a general cost estimate. If you are going to fly in and drive home. I will gladly pick you up from the Ft. Myers International Airport and provide you with a free 30 day temporary plate for your vehicle. You must have insurance before a temporary plate can be issued.

All vehicles do have clear titles and are guaranteed to be clean and free of any liens or brands such as salvage or rebuilt.

Any buyer with a negative rating will be ignored unless he contacts me first with a good explanation. There is no sense in running up the prices by people who have problems following through with commitments. Remember you are entering into a legally binding contract.

By the bidding and/or purchase of this vehicle. buyer obligates him or her self to agree with all guidelines and statements made on this auction page by the seller including "as-is" no       warranty statements. sales tax regulations. and insurance requirements.                                          Florida residents must pay 6% sales tax.
