1954 Harley Davidson Panhead Billy Bike, Easy Rider Replica

For auction, 1954 Harley Davidson Billy Bike (Easy Rider) replica. I am getting rid of several projects that I know I will not be completing. This Harley was done up as a Billy Bike replica from the movie Easy Rider. I bought this from a friend, e began taking it apart to build something else and I acquired it from him partially disassembled. Here is what I know; the bike was a good running panhead with a beautiful original straight leg frame. He removed the heads and cylinders, ee pics. The rods and lower end look great. The heads look good, ne looks like it was disassembled and cleaned, have all the head parts. I am missing some head bolts and the some cylinder base nuts and a couple of studs. Also the head D rings are missing. Please note that the belly numbers do not match the side case VIN number, o I am assuming it was re-stamped in the past. When I got the bike, he fenders gas tank and sissy bar were also removed. I did this best I could to bolt things together, ut it will need to be completely gone through and all missing parts replaced. The gas tank is missing the front bracket that attaches it to the frame. The distributor looks like it need s work. Battery is missing and wiring is partially taken apart. Oil tank is not original to this bike and is not properly installed, his was an oil tank I had laying around. The pushrods are missing. The seat looks like crap I would toss it. The headlight bracket is broken. There is no rear brake light. I promised my friend I would give him back his mufflers, o I will give the new buyer a $175 refund for new mufflers. On a good note, his is one of the nicest panhead straight leg frames I have ever seen, t looks like new. This was a great running panhead that was unfortunately taken apart and now parts are missing. This old gal needs some help, ut it is not a basket case. It's a really cool bike that needs some TLC. The reserve is low, ut I am not giving it away either. I could do all the work to get together the missing parts but I really do not have time or patience and fixing this is not of interest to me. I have a clear Arkansas title as a 1954 Harley Davidson, n hand. Please ask any questions before bidding.
