2000 Harley davidson Fatboy 1300cc 11600 miles

This Harley is in Great Shape! It has new tires, attery and Highway pegs. It is 100% ready to ride and needs absolutely nothing. Has nice burnt orange paint. (to the best of my knowledge it is original) I've taken several pictures and walked around the bike and could not find any scratches in the paint. The windshield has a couple scratches along it, he worst is about 12" long. It is off to the side and isn't in your line of sight while riding.
Title is clean, owever somehow there was a mistake at the DMV and it says not actual mileage on the title. The miles on the Harleys odometer are correct and accurate though. It was just a mix up when the bike was titled and the DMV wants money to have it fixed. The Harley currently has 11606 actual miles on it!! Thats less than 774 miles per year!
