Reply Info for Posting 5238886692 - Harley Davidson Evo This bike is essentially new (but, s barely used) with only 149 miles on it. I have restored two British bikes and have built four Harley Evolution "clones" or Special Construction bikes. This is the latest one, nd probably my last. Truth is I'm done building bikes as a hobby, nd I just don't feel like riding anymore. It's as simple as that.
This bike comes with:
--A professionally rebuilt lower-end with a Delkron case
--KB pistons (over .005)
--V-Thunder pushrods
--Ultima Carb with S&S polished cover and K&N filter
--Manley Valves and springs
--CCI smooth valve covers
--A Harley "L" cam (much like and Andrews EV23)
--New Harley Forks
--A new Ultima frame (I had gussets added for extra strength--this is a good frame!)
--Custom built fork brace--strong
--New aftermarket triple tree (over 3 raked)
--Shovelhead FLT wheels
--New LePera solo seat
--Fabricator Kevin Evo-to-Twin Cam foot control/floor board adaptors
--Thunderheart system housed in an Army ammo box with switch and indicator lights (done right, ery unique)
--BDL drive system "semi-open belt" with the regulator mounted within the belt
--5-speed Ultima close-ratio transmission
--remote oil filter
--Oil cooler (unknown origin--thoroughly cleaned and painted)
--Harley jugs, eads, wing arm, ear rotor
--New Outlaw dual-piston rear brake caliper
--White Sporty tank (nice)--bedliner on frame and fender!
--Beehive taillight--done right.
--New tires, as tank paint, ignals, ipes are new drags with baffles (not the wrapped ones in the pic).

It rides nice--the LePera seat combined with the floorboards make for good back support! I put a lot into this scoot. The only thing I didn't work out is that the kickstand will slightly scrape the road when leaning far to the left. But, his may not be an issue to those into the custom bike world, nd a little fabrication is all that's needed.
As with any new rebuild, he buyer must break-in the engine. It has only 149 miles on it, nd should not be opened at full throttle or taken for extended distances until it has reached 500 miles. The buyer should have experience with custom Harley Evolution platform bikes to know what one has here. There is no riding before the sale, ut I will start the engine.Has a Delkron case with the bottom trap door for easy access to the engine's bottom end. It has a very slow drop of oil occassionally, t one of the door corners, hen the bike is resting. This is very common with Delkron cases.
