I was told by the previous owner that these were original miles.All I know is the odometer read10,000 miles and the title says original miles and the paint and decals are original.Matching numbers.Personally I find it a little hard to believe a bike this old has so few of miles.I know it's possible but I really didnt care,I wanted the bike.This year and model kept the old style look of the vintage bikes.It has great patina.Recent tune up and oil change.Good tires and battery.The clutch adjusting cable needs a locking nut but I just reach down and adjust when necessary.The bikeruns and sounds good.Just a great old shovelhead that will do nothing but gain value and give you a sence of pride to own.A Good Investment.Gets alot of attention and complaments.I really hate to sell the bike but I have a newer electra glide classic that the wife prefers to ride on.I do have the matching passenger seat.It has a new windshield.Thank you and good luck bidding.

I guess after looking at other bikes on ebay its not uncommon for a bike this old to have so few of miles.There is a 1980 with 3859 miles and a 1981 flh with 4264 miles.My reserve is within reason and you'll reach it long before the other bikes mentioned.anyway I have the brackets to put origional exhaust back on this bike and a rear luggage rack that may be original and the old seat.The carb. has been rebuilt.
