1982 Harley XLH Sportster Roadster 1000cc

I just bought this bike recently to enjoy the rest of this season and rebuild this winter but have decided I don't have the time for it. Other than putting around neighborhood, haven't rode the bike. It has a clear Kentucky title. Please see the features noted below:

FEATURES

• Forward controls
• S&S Super E carb
• Custom paint (flames with ghosted skulls in the black portion)
• Custom headlight
• Rear disc brake
• Dual front disk brakes
• Electric start
• Drag pipes
• Fat-bob tanks

CONDITION

• Clutching is smooth (gears shift easily)
• Seat is average. Few buttons have popped off.
• Both tires have good tread.
• Missing taillight lens
• Paint has normal wear (few nicks)
• The bike seems to run rich. It idles great but chokes outunder torque. I have a video of the bike running if you would like to see it. I was told the carb was taken from a Fatboy so it appears to need a smaller jet.

I realize pictures can be misleading as compared to seeing in person. I would give the bike an overall rating of a 7 out of 10. Feel free to ask questions and I will answer to the best of my ability.
