This bike starts, uns and stops. I bought it a while back from a friend in Northern California who bought it from a customer of his because he stated it had a freshly rebuilt engine. My friend put some more work into it to make it street-worthy and then decided to sell. He redid the simple wiring, ut in a new ignition switch, ail light, uper E carb, as Box air cleaner, ard oil lines and trans kicker cover. I put the front wheel, tarter button, anks and seat on it. My intent was to have a nice old swing arm shovel to bang around on.
Alas, ther projects have priority so this one has to go. It starts easily with your foot or finger, eaks a little out of the primary as you would expect. I haven't been able to find any major flaws.Extended wide glide front end and Bates light are classic. Factory paint tanks, specially in black are not easy to find.If I were gonna keep it, 'd consider a rigid seat, ew rear tire and rebuild or replace the banana caliper on back (it drags too much for my liking).
Title is clear CA (I paid back fees so you don't have to) and is currently registered in my name. Engine numbers are legit and match the frame. It will ship with a new white license plate, ot the blue one shown. I've tried to include lots of large photos so you can see what you are bidding on. Feel free to ask any questions.
