PAYMENT TERMS
The successful high bidder will be required to submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due within 7 business days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. Unless otherwise agreed upon, he vehicle must be shipped or picked up within 10 days of the auction's end. Communication is required within 24 hours, r the winning bidder risks having the auction relisted. I accept certified bank checks, oney orders, nd of course cash in person. PayPal is only accepted for the $500 deposit. I cannot take PayPal for the full payment amount.
Banks now require that any out of state certified checks, oney orders and treasurers checks require 5 business days to clear. Please keep this in mind when considering delivery time. Once payment has been confirmed and cleared, y goal is to ship your vehicle within 2 business days. I will email or call you when the payment has cleared and again when the vehicle is shipped with a tracking number. Needless to say, he buyer is responsible for all state, ounty, ity taxes and fees, s well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
Warranty

This vehicle is being offered as-is with no warranty expressed or implied. This vehicle is a 2015 model; I am not sure how the Harley Davidson warranty works and/or if it is transferable. Please inquire for Harley Davidson before you bid.
