Harley Davidson Cross Bones FLSTB No Reserve Like New Must Read Parts Only

I'm selling my 2009 Harley Davidson Cross Bones as parts only. You must do a lien sale on it, nd if you don't know what that is or have any questions about it, O NOT BID!. This Bike is not for you.
For everyone else, he story goes like this. Back in 2009 this bike was purchased as new by me. Later that year I lost nearly everything I had during the recession that hit the most of us. This bike was included in the bankruptcy and no one has come to pick it up or mentioned it since then. I have called several people trying to figure out the status on the title, nd believe it or not it is clear and clean with a lien on it. I called the court and they have nointerestin picking up the bike as it been over 5 years since everything happened. I literally drive this thing on the weekends or around the block or to the market, eason being for the low miles. I had it registered until this past July, nd figured I'd rather have the money since Idon'tuse it much.
The bike only has 3842 Miles on it. It has not even been broken in yet. The reason I am selling it as parts only is because I have no title to it. I can prove it is my bike for you, nd provide you a legal bill of sale so you can register it your self. I was doing some research online, nd the only way to get the title is to do a lien sale. I personally do not have any friends or relatives that are mechanics or own tow yards. Plus it is not worth the trouble to me, s I hardly drive this thing since I moved and lost all of my bike buddies after my Bankruptcy.
The bike drives like new and is pretty much in new condition. It does have some minor scuffs and scratches from being laid down on the floor but has never been dropped. Tires started to crack due to the lack of driving and I replaced both with newMichelinCommanders that have around 35 miles on them. This bike has been garage kept all of its life and has never seen rain or snow. It does have straight pips on it,originallyfrom the Harley Davidson Dealer. It does have a trickle charger on the battery but I do not have theadapter. The bike does have an active recall on it right now, hich I have not got a chance to take in and fix. Again, lease do not bid if you do not know anything about a lien sale! You could potentially just register and drive the bike without a title, ut that is at your own risk.
I need a $500.00 deposit through pay-pal after the complete of the sale. Don't call me and tell me you'll give the deposit in person. I need it through pay-pal or I'm relisting the bike. Full payment is due within 7 days of auction end in cash or certified check at a local US bank. For Example, hase, of A, ells Fargo, apital One, itibank etc... As long as they have a branch we can go to and verify the check.
I will not sell to anyone outside the US, r ship the bike. If you have your own shipping company, unds need to clear before I can release it to your shipping company.
