Description
LOTS done to this bike. Very clean, inimalistic build. Clear title in-hand.
Drivetrain is STOCK, ut had been dyno tuned with the exhaust and a performance air cleaner at the dealer I purchased it from.
Suspension: Lowered rear end, ront tree is a hidden fork type, 5 degrees rake. Tubes are show chrome and +2". Stock fork lowers powder coated satin black.
Electrical/lighting: Stock switch boxes are gone; replaced with a GripAce digital switch system. All functions are retained and controlled by a small switch pad, ecessed into the left grip. Front turn signals are dual intensity run/signal; flexible LED array wrapped around the forks! Rear lighting is a single flexible array across the bottom of the fender, un/brake/turn.
Horn has been relocated and hidden, gnition coil has been relocated and hidden. Ignition wires ran through heads for an ultra-clean look.
HD black flush-mount fuel gage and fill.
Hand/Foot controls: Custom fabricated shifter and brake lever. Hand levers, irrors, river pegs are all black/natural contrast machined. Passenger pegs are black anodized aluminum.
Handlebars: T-handle with slight pullback, olid poly bushings. Internal throttle and wiring ran inside of bars. Only thing showing is clutch cable and brake line!
Exhaust: Vance & Hines Mid-shots. Shields stripped and re-chromed, lack tips.
Aesthetics: Custom paint by Big River Customs in Port Byron IL, triping done by Hetz Custom Pinstripingout of Muscatine IA. Original Jade Green Sunglo color with a twist - the gray flames are actually bare steel clear coated over (steel was ground with a swirly look). AWESOME look in the sun!
Matte black painted new-style headlight with rubber isolators removed.
Roland Sands DesignClarity line black/contrast machined - Air cleaner, erby cover, nd timing cover (has clear windows to look into the bike - pretty neat watching the timing chain run).
Custom rear fender, ftermarket fender struts (powder coated wrinkle black). Computer fits in it exactly like stock. Rear wiring protected by running through a steel tube welded to the underside of the fender.
Wheels/Tires: Southern Motorcycle Works black/natural contrast machined wheels, ith custom polished rotors and custom machined pulley. Avon Cobra tires (have a new front tire that will go with bike, ear is almost new). Rear tire is now a 180 (was a 130).

Misc: Black leather swingarm bag. Pulley is 4 teeth less than stock for lower RPM at highway cruising speeds. Still gets up and goes like it should!
