2013 110th Anniversary Limited Edition
Up for auction is a FLHTK this bike is in fairly good condition. The reason for fairly good condition is due to the fact of a small ding underneath the tank and a spider web crack on the top left side of fairing (see pic) other than that bike is in excellent cosmetic condition. The bike was involved in a accident when it had 475 miles on it. The front end was replaced along with the frame. I was told by the dealer the frame was okay but i wanted it replaced anyway. So before Harley would ship a new frame with the original VIN I had to send them the neck off old frame showing the VIN. I have put over 14K miles on it sense the accident. Trips include from Colorado to Arkansas, turgis,Vegas and Dallas. Plus a lot of mountain riding all without any problems what so ever.
There have been some after market items installed. It has 12" Apes installed, tage one aircleaner, &S Headers with Rinehart Mufflers, " windshield, obra fi2000 powerpro tuner (this tuner adjust automatically to riding conditions which made a world of difference in throttle response). I do have the original headers w/o mufflers and original handle bars. Engine has had oil change intervals every 2500 miles. Primary and transmission every 6000 miles. I like to keep well maintained.
I really do not want to sell this bike but do to loss of employment I need money to start my own business. I have checked N.A.D.A blue book for my area, nd high retail is $26k, verage retail $19k, nd low end retail at $15k. I am starting the bidding at low end due to the fact of the ding in the tank and spiderweb crack in the fairing. I do not know what it would cost to repair other then for a new fairing is $1900 but I believe a good paint shop would repair the existing fairing for about half that price. the price I'm asking is a good price even if the fairing was replaced.
Winning bidder is responsible for shipping if purchased out of state. A minimum $500 deposit will be made at the close of auction and remainder will be paid within 7 days at the end of auction
