This bike has a wonderful patina, nd runs very strong. Motor has evidence of rebuild and the bike runs and shifts like new. The history of this bike as I know it, ncludes first sold out of service at a police auction in the early seventies. The bike has had two owners since then, nd is being offered for sale. I know all the arguments about spring fork '49's, nd this bike bears enough originality for me to support all authenticity.
