1952 Harley Davidson K Model
This 1952 K Model is very complete & mostly original.
I bought it from the original owners family.
Not original paint (under the gas tank there is still some red showing)
It was parked in 1962 and was stored in a climate controlled garage.
It had chopped & chromed wrong fenders on it when I got it. (I replaced those)
The front fender is from a Harley Hummer (same as a K) with proper K brackets.
The rear is aftermarket.
Gas tank emblems are NOS Harley (Eagle Iron).
Speedometer is showing a little over 28,000 miles (the last couple of numbers are hard to read)
I have not tried to start the bike but it has good compression and nothing is stuck from sitting.
Clutch works as do the brakes.
The original fork covers had been replaced with rubber ones.
Other than what is listed I think all else is genuine Harley Davidson.
This bike would be able to go back to the USA with no duty as it is American & returning where it came from.
I have the Registration (like a USA title) in my name and it is clear.
This is a No Reserve Auction with a very fair starting price.
Shipping and related costs are at the buyers expense but I could help with crating.
