1946 Harley Davidson WLC 750 Classic Rare UK Bike Since 1946, Ex Fred Warr Owned

( HEY DUDE FANCY A RIDE ON MY HARLEY ) Here we have an incredible find a genuine 1946 Harley Davidson WL/C 750 ( CIVILIAN TRIM ) that has been in the UK since first registered on 26. 06. 1946 and is still showing the original Warr's logo transfer on the rear mudgaurd. The bike has had 6 keepers since and one of the keepers was a Mr Frederick Howard Warr who aquired the machine back again on the 10. 07. 1993 this bike was probaly sold by Warr's Harley back when first registered. We have both the original buff book and the latest V5c and from what we can see the Harley has lived its life mostly in London UK. The bike has never been restored in its 68 years and is very original. Electrics are still 6 volt and the lights are aweful ( AS THEY WERE IN THERE DAY ) but best left alone as the bike is totally unmolested. last keeper has owned the bike for 4 years and used the machine very frequently. Tax is to December 2014 and is free as the bike is classed as Historic. Mot exempt as the bike is pre 1960. There are various nice old manuals and the original riders handbook along with the keys etc. The bike has a wonderful patina to it and runs like clockwork Always starting first or second kick. if you are after a very special unique Harley then this has to be the one to own. Just a reminder to anyone who is unfirmilier with these early Harley's this is a handgear change and foot clutch operated machine and require's a certain skill to ride but once accomplished its a real joy.
